We spoke with hundreds of women in tech discussing all things King! 👑
We had a few common themes when we asked what's important to you when looking for a new role, so I wanted to share them with you and see what your thoughts were:
🧠 Work-Life Balance: Many women valued a healthy work-life balance which included flexible work arrangements, supportive policies for parental leave, and a culture that respects vacation.
🧠 Representation: Leadership that represents women and seeing them at every level. Many spoke about leaders who mentor, provide guidance, and create a positive environment.
🧠 Professional Development: Opportunities for skill development, training, and continuous learning. Investment in women's growth and avenues for career advancement.
