Hey, It's me Jasmin, Expert Talent Sourcer for Activision Blizzard King. I have a lifetime of passion for DE&I strategizing, market analysis and action planning.

Having always been an avid gamer i've of course developed my personality from Mortal Kombat 2/GTA characters. Recruitment isn't something I studied for but I naturally fell into the industry and use my skills to organically shape diverse teams, using unique and targeted recruitment methods.

 

A lot of my focus has been working with new teams to shape the hiring pipeline and inspiring old teams to transform company culture and influence industry change. Being a Women in Games Ambassador is something I do not take lightly so ultimately, I'd love to leave a lasting mark of the industry and continue to mentor teams on growth and diverse hiring.
