Hey, It's me Jasmin, Principal Recruiter for Microsoft.

Having been a die-hard gamer since the days of Spider-Man PS1 and GTA Vice City, it’s fair to say my personality has been partly shaped by pixelated chaos and epic storylines. Spoiler alert: I didn’t exactly “study” recruitment. Instead, I stumbled into the industry naturally and discovered I could channel my skills into building diverse, brilliant teams!

These days, life is a bit of a different quest. When I’m not knee-deep in recruitment strategies, you’ll usually find me buried in a fantasy book (Anything Sarah J Maas), at the gym every single day chasing new PBs, or booking my next adventure abroad. Travel, stories, and strength: the trilogy that keeps me inspired.
