With the holiday period approaching ever so fast, I know that for all of us it’s not a festive occasion. I’ve spent Christmas’ alone, hibernated away and looking back those were probably not the best decisions. So, I wanted to share some suggestions I’ve worked on to boost my energy levels and bring smiles to myself and those around me!
