🧠 March: International Women's Month 🧠

I have the very lucky position of being surrounded by the most talented women in the industry. They make me think more critically, work more productively and more than anything laugh way more than my wrinkle lines need too!

Here's to making more strides in sneakers than in stilettos (not that I ever wear them!) and knowing that every great achievement begins with the decision to try (and a strong cup of coffee).
