Is your CV up to Scratch?

This week I spent some time with hiring managers going through CV’s for creative roles. Here’s some common trends we noticed and ones you should try to avoid:

👎 Don’t make it too wordy, huge paragraphs of text are a NO NO

👎 Leave space in between changes of career so the layout is clear

👎 NEVER put a rating scale of your abilities

👎 Font is important, if you struggle to read it so will we

👎 If you have a portfolio that needs a password, include the password in your CV
