I missed sharing about Blue Monday, but I wanted too because it's usually dubbed the "most depressing day of the year" 💙Â
So here's a few ways I Beat the Blues:
📘 Gratitude Journaling: Take a moment to jot down three things you're grateful for. Sounds simple, because it is. But I've recently started art journaling too for days i'm short of words.
🔷 Self-Care Rituals: Dedicate time to self-care activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Whether it's reading a book, going for a walk, or even grabbing a massage.
🔵 Set Realistic Goals: Break down your larger goals into smaller, achievable tasks. Celebrate your victories along the way, I usually do that with chocolate.
